Alan and I are learning Spanish this year with Rosetta Stone, a computer-based immersion program. Instead of translating into English, you look at pictures and read/listen to the Spanish. See if you can understand these examples.
La mujer es pequeña.
La mujer tiene un flor.
La mujer no maneja el carro.
Es "carro" una palabra? No auto o coche?
ReplyDeleteYes, "carro" is the word Rosetta Stone teaches. We have the Latin American version of their Spanish materials. "Sándwich" is another word they teach you early on.
